- How does Negros Delivery operate?
Negros Delivery is an internet exchange portal. We service Negrosanons from all over the world. We deliver products and service requests to and from Negros Occidental, Philippines. We are your hand in servicing the goods you want to get from or be delivered in Negros Occidental. Negros Delivery is being operated by Ralph Theodore "Redd" Catalan.
- How soon will Negros Delivery ship my order?
Registered, enrolled and scheduled delivery are programmed. If your order is placed before 8:00am Philippine Time, Negros Delivery sends its orders within 3 business days. This will give us ample time to verify the consignee address and recipients.
Multiple quantity orders, orders that require event coordination, government registration, sizing, or orders that require address verification (such as alternate shipping addresses), is best booked a week before delivery. If your order will have a delay of more than three business days, we will attempt to contact you.

Does Negros Delivery deliver/ship to International locations?
We have started shipping ourside Negros Occidental in 2009. Negrosanons from outside the country has enjoyed receiving Negros products through our affiliated couriers. If you have product requests to be shipped internationally, we can also serve it with corresponding shipping rates. This may require numerous email exchanges before the "TUGON" is shipped. Our couriers are EMS (PhilPost), DHL and FEDEX.

Can Negros Delivery have my order delivered on a Saturday or Sunday?
We deilver all throughout the week except on Philippine National Holidays.

Will I need to have the consignee present to receive the delivery?
No, in most orders we do not require the signature of the consignee because we personally verify them and for the "surprise" services, we take a picture of the consignee to be sent to the sender. However, we highly recommend that you inform someone locally to coordinate with the surprise events. This helps avoid delayed deliveries. Please note that orders over $350 require a signature upon delivery.
- Can I ship the order to an address other than my Paypal/ Credit Card's billing address?
Yes. Simply register an account with Negros Delivery. http://negrosdelivery.com/index.php?route=account/createAll we need from you is just the Consignee’s Complete name, address and contact numbers.
What types of payment does Negros Delivery accept?
We accept PayPal payments because its the cheapest transmittal so far. Purchases by money order will be shipped upon receipt of payment. We have also received ocassional Western Union transmittals before delivery.

What is Negros Delivery's privacy policy?
We value your privacy. All information that you provide us is NEVER released to anyone. All customer information is kept on highly secure systems that are only accessable to those employees who is necessary to see that information. From time to time we may send our customers special offers or other notifications. We will always respect your privacy and you can always opt out of any future emails.
- After the order is complete the tracking number I received does not appear to be valid?
Often, we email tracking status while your order is in transit. We use the couriers tracking number as an attachment to your invoice number.
- How do I track my order after it is placed?
If you provided a valid email address when you placed your order, you will be emailed a link where you can check your order status so you can monitor the shipping transitions or tracking status of your goods.
- How is my credit card charged?
When you place your order, a pre-authorization is taken on your credit card. This simply checks to make sure you provided a valid credit card number that it has the available balance to cover the cost of the product you ordered. Paypal does this process for Negros Delivery. We will only charge your card once the order is dispatched.

How can Redd do all this stuff?
Hi I'm Redd. I do the product research. If you noticed I have already deleted some products that used to be marketed by my father - He has given me free hand to post the products I think are good and practical. I also hired staff who does the marketing. One of them compiles the orders and another facilitates the shipping. My father allows me to use the internet from 6 to 8PM everyday so that is when I check my Negros Delivery emails. I focus on the products that I have already tasted and tested.
